5. Pricing and Payment

Our services are provided on a per-qualified-lead basis with pricing tiers based on volume and features. Current pricing is available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time with notice.

Payment terms:

• Charges are based on qualified leads delivered
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.
